How to use YMRVault
A simple guide to YMRVault's basic workflow. You can read it before signing in.
1. Start free
Open YMRVault from your phone or PC browser. Sign in with Google, then save important information as cards.
2. Create cards
A card can include passwords, IDs, URLs, notes, photos, and expiration dates. Add categories to make cards easier to find.
- Enter a title and the fields you need
- Add photos and notes
- Set categories and expiration dates
- Save and review from the list
3. Organize photos
Attach photos of receipts, warranties, documents, and notes to cards. YMR Photos lets you review photos and add the ones you need to cards.
4. Search and filter
Use keyword search, categories, and deadline filters to quickly return to the information you need.
5. Manage subscriptions
Register monthly and annual costs, then review monthly estimates and yearly totals.
6. Back up your data
Create encrypted backups to protect important information before changing phones or resetting a device.
- Light backup: smaller backup without images
- Full backup: includes images
- Restore is add-only and does not delete existing data
